Hello. My name is Colm McGinley and I am the Managing Director of McGinley Human Resources (MHR). I thought it was about time to start contributing to, what has now become, a large resource of MHR related news and wider recruitment advice articles - the MHR blog!
The last few years have been incredibly exciting at MHR. We have grown in ways that I could only have dreamed of when I started this business.
It’s a happy coincidence that this, my first blog, coincides with quite a few big changes that are currently occurring at MHR across each of our nationwide locations.
We have moved our Watford HQ to a beautiful property located just a stones-throw away from our previous office. Situated further towards Watford Junction Station, we now occupy a beautiful three storey building along Clarendon Road. This new space is fresh & funky, giving us the space we need to develop into the company that we want to be.
I’m delighted to announce that McGinley Education has opened a brand new office within Liverpool Hope University, an unprecedented feat that will allow our team to work even closer with NQTs located in the North-West.
Situated next door to the Bank of England, our London office opened in September. We couldn’t have asked to be more ideally placed to connect with the capital’s buzzing recruitment scene.
