Today is International Women's Day (Tuesday 8th March) and we're taking the opportunity to celebrate the incredible female team members we have within The MCG Group.
As a company that is proudly 60% female, we asked our employees for suggestions to recognise the leading ladies in our workplace who are breaking boundaries, inspiring others and making The MCG Group a GREAT place to work!

Empowering the next generation of inspirational women
In order to celebrate International Women's Day and the fantastic achievements of our female team members we made a donation to One Girl Can.
The One Girl Can charity provides an opportunity for the brightest and most promising girls in rural Africa to develop substantial and meaningful careers through a university or post-secondary school education.
Our donation will co-sponsor a female university student scholarship in Africa empowering the next generation of inspirational women.
Breaking the Gender Bias
The theme of this year's International Women's Day is #BreakTheBias - whether deliberate or unconscious, bias exists in the world and makes it difficult for women to move ahead. To raise awareness of this IWD are encouraging everyone to get involved by sharing selfies of themselves adopting the crossed arms pose to raise awareness against bias and take action for equality. Our team members got involved and shared their images across Linkedin and Instagram.
