London-based First Choice will be joining us in offering our clients and candidates an even wider ranging service offering, with First Choice’s mission and values aligning perfectly with our own MCG Construction brand, ensuring that the high standards both company’s clients are accustomed to continue uninterrupted.
When the prospect arose for our two companies to align, we simply felt that we could not turn down the opportunity. We believe that with First Choice’s outstanding service delivery and established client relationships built up over their 15-year history, they are the perfect business to join us in our ambitious growth plans as we continue to make waves in London, as well as on a national scale.
Whilst First Choice will continue with their day-to-day operation uninterrupted, as part of the deal between us, we will be introducing a new Group Leadership Team to accelerate First Choice’s impressive growth. We shall also be implementing our ISO accredited policies, procedures and processes to safeguard the business and its people via our Central Services Team based at our Watford Headquarters. Our First Choice colleagues will also join us in enjoying the industry leading company benefits and developmental opportunities that we offer to all of our staff.
