MCG Group appoints Rory Ferguson to head up technology division

For over 10 years, The MCG Group has been working in the interactive, digital and immersive technology industry developing one of the largest professional creative networks of clients and candidates through its brand, Creative Personnel.
Rory’s new role will drive the technology sector’s performance and marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the rapidly expanding MCG Group. He brings 25 years of recruitment experience with him which spans across the IT, oil and gas and life sciences sectors.
An experienced leader, Rory has worked with larger corporate firms such as Harvey Nash and Hydrogen as well as smaller, privately owned firms on a steeper growth trajectory. He has led businesses across the Technology, Energy and Life Science sectors and has accumulated extensive experience of international markets having launched and managed offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. He has a passion for driving performance and developing leadership teams and most recently he has been providing consultancy and coaching for business owners, helping them maximise their post Covid recovery.
