Today, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of Technology Recruiter, Creative Personnel, an established technology (Digital, Games & AV) recruitment agency based in London.
The acquisition was officially made by MCG Group Holdings Ltd on Friday 31 May 2019 and strongly reaffirms our ambitions for growth not only in London, but on a national basis as well.
Already the second fastest growing recruitment group in the UK & Ireland (FT 2018), the addition of Creative Personnel to our portfolio means we now operate eight companies across five core sectors (Aerospace, Construction, Education, Healthcare and Technology), with several more in development.
Colm McGinley, CEO of the MCG Group, said: “It’s no secret that we have aggressive growth plans, whilst maintaining our vision of challenging the way recruitment is done. Creative Personnel has been a recruitment company that we have been watching for a while. They have impressed us with their sector expertise, their responsible recruitment methods and we felt now was the perfect time for our two businesses to align, to push both businesses toward greater heights.”
Creative Personnel was formed in 1999 by Mina Machacek and her business partner Philip Pataky. As part of the deal Philip has exited the business to facilitate a move to the US with his family, whilst Mina has decided to retain a minority shareholding in the business and continue on as Managing Director.
