On Friday 18th February, the Best Companies Live event, held at Manchester’s Media City, revealed our place as 18th UK Best Mid-Sized Company To Work For! The Mid-Sized Companies category is for private and not-for-profit organisations that employ between 75 - 199 people.
The MCG Group was also listed as number 12 in Recruitment’s Best Companies to Work For sector league table and placed at number 20 in the East of England’s Best Companies to Work For regional league table.
This is the fourth year that The MCG Group has been accredited by the prestigious Best Companies scheme. This year, a brand-new model has been rolled out to ensure organisations are continually receiving the recognition they deserve, nationally, regionally and within their sector.
The new ‘League Table’ approach allows organisations to choose when best to survey their organisation, and as many times as desired, offering accredited organisations the chance to appear in up to four quarterly lists of the Best Companies to Work For.
In order to qualify for the Q1 League Tables, The MCG Group surveyed between 1st October 2021 and 31st December 2021. The survey allows our employees to give honest feedback about the organisation and provides valuable insight for our leaders to make valuable, data-driven changes and improvements in the business.
