We are delighted to have been included in four of Best Companies’ ‘Best Companies to Work For’ lists!
The MCG Group is officially one of ‘The UK's 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For’ as well as one of ‘Recruitment’s 40 Best Companies to Work For’. We have also been listed on two regional lists naming us as one of the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in the East of England and London.
On 21st May we will be virtually attending Best Companies Live when our exact list positions will be revealed during a day of celebration and discussion.
This incredible news comes alongside The MCG Group being recognised for our approach to workplace engagement. The MCG Group has been certified by Best Companies and recognised for our commitment to employees, with a 2-star accreditation rating, which represents ’outstanding’ levels of engagement.
Employee engagement has always been integral to The MCG Group which of course became of even bigger importance during the last 12 months during the coronavirus pandemic. Through regular wellbeing surveys with our employees we recognised this unprecedented time was causing concern and anxiety. Our leadership team were quick to communicate with our employees regularly, including guidance that was made available by the Government.
As it became clear we must switch to remote working, our communication channels moved from face-to-face support to online channels. We established 3 main priorities as a business: 1. Support well-being 2. Safeguard jobs 3. Return Stronger. These ran as a thread throughout all of our communications and were reiterated in every form of communication.
