Grant Henderson's bio
As COO, I have the privilege of being involved with multiple functions across the Group including leadership, acquisitions, sales, operations and support. At the heart of everything I am involved in, it is all about enhancing relationships, the potential in people and performance. Ensuring that we communicate effectively as a leadership team as well as listening to what our valued employees, customers and candidates have to say.
As a committed husband and father of three, maintaining the family feel within the MCG Group is important to me as we continue to grow. My experience gained as a professional rugby player (many moons ago), gave me a base grit and competitiveness that has served me well throughout my career in recruitment and leadership, which now spans over 17 years. From training hundreds of consultants to starting my own companies, I have always looked to learn from my mistakes, whilst capitalising on opportunities in order to succeed.
Every day I strive to support the development of each of our business leaders, as well as encouraging a positive sales culture that continues to see the MCG Group break new ground year on year.
