Simply Education, part of The MCG Group, is a recruitment specialist providing permanent and temporary teaching staff to local schools, nurseries & other educational settings across the UK.
We are looking for an Interim Candidate Administration Manager, working three days a week (currently Mon, Wed and Fri), to support and effectively manage all members of our Candidate Compliance Department.
It is the Administration Manager’s role to ensure all necessary checks are completed by the team, so that all Simply Education teachers are fully compliant in accordance with safeguarding children guidance. This role also ensures that all Simply Education employees are informed of any important legislative and/or regulatory changes, alongside the support and governance of Group Compliance Business Partners.
Summary of main responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong admin and team management experience, excellent IT skills (including office 365), the ability to work autonomously and flexibly and superb time management, organisation and planning skills.
