An excellent manufacturing business are seeking to recruit a Claims Analyst to join them on a six-month contract basis to assist with extra work load
This role will be on site for the first few weeks and after initial training will become a hybrid role with requirement to work on site 2 or 3 days per week
The Claims Analyst role:
- You will receive claims from the customer
- You will populate the claims into necessary trackers and templates accurately
- You will process claims within an agreed time frame
- You will work with other members of the department where necessary to acquire more information to close out claims
- You will process debit notes where necessary
- You will ensure compliance with Health & Safety
The successful Claims Analyst:
- Must be PC literate
- Experience with MS Office, mail and excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to talk to customers
- Experience in customer services/relations is desirable but not essential
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to a busy and varied role
