As a Group, we supply both permanent and contract (temp) workers for our clients and, due to rapid growth across the Group, we are looking for an Assistant Payroll Manager to join our busy and highly regarded payroll division.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company payroll processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and acting as the main point of contact for any payroll related queries/requests for information - both internally (recruitment consultants and directors) and externally (clients and third parties).
You will work with the team to calculate all statutory liabilities (and then process related payments), submit HMRC RTI online information and manage auto-enrolment pension process for all temporary workers.
Reporting is also a key part of the role, with the post-holder being responsible for weekly payroll reports and analysis (sales day books, pay reports for 3rd parties and pay ‘check’ reports for the consultants) as well as CIS headcount reports, and payroll spread sheet for the Financial Controller.
