Due to more recent growth and success, we now require a Branch Manager to lead our team of consultants across all Construction, Engineering & Property sectors working from our Leeds office.


Working alongside the Regional Manager, this is a varied role, where your primary focus will be:

  • Building relationships
  • Business development
  • Business support
  • Develop and execute candidate and client strategies
  • Manage branch performance
  • Achieve sales/NFI targets for the branch
  • Embrace and demonstrate commitment to the MCG Values and service standards
  • Develop and execute the branch sales and marketing plan
  • Oversee the Branch Appraisal process
  • Hold weekly review meetings
  • Train and develop team staff alongside our Learning & Development team
  • Motivate staff to achieve financial objectives
  • Lead from the front

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Energetic and motivated professional with natural drive and innovative flair
  • Tenacious individual who defines problems and implements change
  • Relevant recruitment experience across the construction sector is essential
  • Extensive experience in delivering specific divisional projects
  • Previous leadership experience or proven successful sales experience
  • Good communicator, verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised and methodical
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Ability to motivate and delegate
  • Ability to prioritise workload
