• Driving Team Performance: Incentives and KPIs to encourage success.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Support Consultants within the branch.
• Data Analysis: Reporting and insights for senior management.
• Meetings: Drive performance and service excellence.
• Field Support: Build client relationships on school visits.
• Committed Leadership: Confidence, organization, and hard work to lead your team.
• Client and Candidate Management: Ensuring high satisfaction and quality standards.
• Candidate Support: Meeting and interviewing to fulfil educational dreams.
• Business Development: Cultivate client relationships to support recruitment needs.
