As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll have a wealth of experience within the Recruitment and Sales landscape, and the drive and passion to grow your own desk from scratch. You'll be given the chance to expand our current markets and, over time, establish your own department within a specific sector. Salary and Benefits:

• ·Salary of up to £30-40K, commensurate with experience and achievements.

Key Qualifications:

· A strong background in New Business Development to identify and seize new opportunities.

• Proven billing experience with a deep understanding of Contingency or Search and Selection Recruitment Market.
• Proficiency in contract/interim and/or permanent solutions, preferably within a specialist sector.
• A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
